Colema / Colenz boards are made from plastic molding a blue colored plastic in the shape of a board. This is how the colema boards are born. The process of plastic molding colema boards has been around for years. Not anyone can do this as you need to make a cast or die of the shape you need. This cast is called the mother mould and can be used time and time again to produce offspring plastic parts. Different strength grade plastics are used depending on strength required. For a Colema board a high strength plastic is used to ensure the board can take a person weight. The weight class for the boards is 250 pounds. If you weigh more than 250 pounds we recommend you pay the extra money and go to a clinic.
